An electromagnetic torpedo, sometimes known as an electromag torpedo or magtorp, is a high-explosive, shielded warhead, fired using compressed air.
Average TNT equivalent: ~30 g
Range: ~30 feet
Advantages
Can damage electronics and sometimes shields, can deflect particle-beams
Disadvantages
Don't always do much damage, range is limited
