Luke's wrist is probably 0.28 cm thick and the cut is probably 0.05 cm, so 0.28 x 0.28 x 0.05 = 0.00392 cc.
0.00392 x 4638.75 = 18.1839 joules

Maul's torso is probably 3 cm across. 3 x 3 x 0.05 = 0.45

0.45 cc x 4638.75 J/cc = 2087.4375 J
