Jem'Hadar fighter

Okay. The fighter on the right fires at a 1-foot-by-3-feet target 25 feet away twice, and misses by an average of 1 foot.

25 ÷ 1 = 25
25 ÷ 3 = 8.3333...

Jem'Hadar fighters have an accuracy ratio of 25, and should be able to hit the Defiant after a couple more shots.
