Overpowered character battle

Team I

Stoick:

Attack Potency: 4 J
Lifting Strength: 200g
Durability: 6 J
Equipment: Axe, armor, helmet
Physics-defying abilities: None

Hiccup:

Attack Potency: 3 J (shove), 20 J (sword)
Lifting Strength: 80g
Durability: 4 J
Equipment: Fire sword, standard shield
Physics-defying abilities: Foot-planting

Drago:

Attack Potency: 0.4 J
Lifting Strength: 180g
Durability: 6 J
Equipment: Bullhook
Physics-defying abilities: Foot-planting

Cara Dune:

Attack Potency: 0.06 J
Lifting Strength: 100g
Durability: 2 J
Equipment: Knife, armor
Physics-defying abilities: None


Team II

Azog:

Attack Potency: 6 J
Lifting Strength: 160g
Durability: 6 J
Equipment: Mace
Physics-defying abilities: Foot-planting

Sauron:

Attack Potency: 259.2 J
Lifting Strength: 200g
Durability: 20 J
Equipment: Mace, armor, helmet

Dáin:

Rules
The fight occurs in an indoor basketball court.
We can ignore physics. RW versions except for physical attack potency, physics-breaking, and durability.
Each side gets 10 minutes of prep.
Fight to the death.

Grievous or Sauron might be able to solo. Here's how the fight might go:

Stoick attacks Azog. At first the Viking does well, but finally Azog's attacks beat him down.

Hiccup goes for Dain. After a brutal fight, he knocks him away, then throws his shield at Azog, which just gets him mad.

Drago is in trouble against Sauron. The poor guy just can't win this, though he lasts a while. The Dark Lord then attacks Hiccup, who's now fighting Azog as well.

Cara Dune is tough. But Grievous is a beast. Dune pushes him back, then gets smashed to the ground and strangled. He has four lightsabers and she has none. She gets cut in half.

Sauron's blow misses Hiccup, who then stabs his leg. Sauron grabs Hiccup and crushes his neck.

Dain gets back up. Team II has won, with no losses.

Team I's best chance is getting Hiccup and Dune to come up with some kind of plan.
