Davy Jones is a Smithsonian privateer.

History:
Davy Jones was born in Smithsonia, and became a sailor at a young age. He fell in love with Calypso, and, at her request, took command of the Flying Dutchman, a mysterious vessel. One day, however, Calypso failed to meet Jones. He, with the help of the Pirates, imprisoned Calypso, and hid his heart in a chest.
