The Borg class 4 tactical vessel, or Borg Tactical cube, is a type of heavily-armed Borg cube utilized by the Borg Collective. The tactical cube differs from the standard Borg cube in several ways, the most notable being the extensive hull armor that covers large portions of the exterior hull of the ship.

Like standard cubes, Tactical cubes are extremely heavily armed and armored. No ship of this class has ever been destroyed or forced down. Their shields appear to adapt to attacks, leaving most particle-beam weapons obsolete against them. Their heavy antilaser-equipped armor means that lasers are ineffectual, and railguns have limited effect. Its firepower is enormously powerful, though slightly inferior to that of a normal cube.
