Windu vs Sidious

What is the matter with Sidious? He keeps bouncing all over the place. Why?
Windu refuses to kill Sidious while he's in the air, with no way to protect himself.

However, I like Windu's style. He doesn't do many spins and other nonsense, and his motions look pretty realistic. Looks like me when I'm holding back.
