It take 14 salvos [1] for the Defiant to smash through the Breen ship's shields. Each bolt has an energy of 146440 joules. [2] So the total is 2050160J (a little over 2.0MJ). So the range is about 1.4-2MJ.

If the bolt is a low-power one of 80gTNT, then the shields are withstanding 334720J (0.3347MJ).

The Constitution-class cruiser takes 5 hits from Klingon blasters. If we assume 100g per shot (418400J) we get a total of 500g (2092000J). That's 2.09MJ.

Here a Galaxy-class starship takes three shots from a D'deridex-class's disruptor, set to plasmatic pulse. Each pulse has a yield of about 40-60g of TNT. [1] That's 167360-251040J each, or a total of 502080-753120J—up to .75 megajoules.

The Enterprise-D takes about 28 shots from Klingon blaster cannons.
Let's assume that the bolts are a little more powerful then the previous model's disruptors. That's 45gTNT (grams of TNT).
28 x 45 = 1260
1260 gTNT is 5.27 megajoules—quite a bit.

Here a Hood-class cruiser takes about 23 hits from Klingon disruptors set to fire plasmatic pulses. So it took at least 920g (3.84928MJ) of energy to its shields, assuming 40g per shot. In RW, no one would ever use non-blaster, non-torpedo plasmatic pulses to take down shields if they could instead use beam disruptors. That would be like using a .22 against a bear when you have a loaded hunting rifle nearby.

Here the smaller starship (USS Voyager) takes a total of about six seconds of Borg disruptor fire. Borg disruptor cannons most likely have about 1046000W of power. So the smaller ship's shields can take roughly 6276000J, spread out over several minutes.

In the above gif, the ship getting hit (a Defiant-class warship) gets hit by the Vor'cha-class cruiser's disruptor cannon for about 0.7 seconds. [1]
A Vor'cha-class ship's main disruptor cannon emits a 1 MW beam. [2]
The Defiant-class ship's shields are withstanding 700000 joules. About maybe 30% of that (210000 joules) is going to the shield generators.
