Power/weight ratios tell us how much power a character can output per kilogram of their mass. George Washington probably had a ratio of about 15W/kg (https://xkcd.com/2198/). The average person is about 10W/kg.
To find p/w ratio:
Take the energy of a feat. I'll use Alvin throwing Dagur (https://rodentwarsnet.createaforum.com/database/weapon-calculations/msg376/#msg376). This is 0.3 J.
Divide the energy by the time to perform the feat (0.1 seconds in this case):
0.3 ÷ 0.1 = 3. The answer is in joules per second (also known as watts).
Divide the wattage by the mass of the character (about 0.065 kg).
3 ÷ 0.065 = ~46.154
The answer is 46.154W/kg.
