Okay, so the new maximum size for stations is 200 feet (61 meters). I will be scaling off that.
The Death Star is 160 kilometers in diameter. So it's 800 times bigger than the RW version.
Earth's diameter (approximation for Alderaan) divided by 800 equals roughly 16 kilometers. A 16-kilometer sphere, with a density (https://hypertextbook.com/facts/2000/KatherineMalfucci.shtml) of 5520 kg/m3, would weigh about 11838744 kg. According to OmniCalculator (https://www.omnicalculator.com/physics/escape-velocity), it would also have a puny escape velocity of 0.01887 m/s. Therefore, the minimum energy to blow up this "planet" in space is roughly 2107.75 joules.
The maximum value (sufficient to propel the debris at about five planetary diameters per second) is roughly 75,768 TJ.

In 0.17 sec a Cardassian warship appears to vaporize about 150g of iron. That requires about 1255200J, or 300g of TNT.

In 1 second, a bio-ship destroys a Borg cube. By radius:
To get an explosion with a total destruction radius of 50 feet, you need 100 lb (45 kg) of TNT. [1] That's 188280000 joules. Unless that's the cube's reactor blowing up, it's impossible.
Rating: 7/10
By destruction: I'll assume the Borg cube is made of carbon steel, but is mostly hollow. This would require about 1372000000 joules to melt. Note that this is conservative as the cube probably weighs more than 518 kg.
Rating: 6/10
By KE: Assuming as before that the cube weighs 518 kg (a ridiculously low figure) to accelerate it to 200 ft/s (60.96 m/s) would take around 962 kilojoules, or about 0.23 kgTNT. Totally possible, but remember that this is a minimum, and that vaporization was also a factor.
