By radius: to have a radius for total destruction of about 1 meter, you need about 0.1 pounds of TNT, or 45 grams.

By destruction: given that the blast vaporized about 40g of bone, if we assume that bone requires about 3MJ/kg to vaporize, [1] then the yield is about 0.12MJ, 120000J, or 28.6gTNT.
